Your salary is paid by PayoutPartner on the 15th of every month, covering shifts worked in the previous month. (e.g., September 1-30 shifts will be paid on October 15th)
Note: The payout date may vary by up to 4 days depending on weekends, holidays, or bank processing times.
To make sure your payment is sent to the correct account, please verify your salary details in the app.
Open the Staffers App.
Go to Profile.
Tap Edit Profile.
Scroll down to the section labeled Add Salary Details.
Enter your correct bank account or payment information.
Double-check that all information is accurate.
Tap Save.
Incorrect or missing salary details may delay your payment.
Update your salary information immediately if you’ve changed your bank or account details.
Always make sure your worked hours are approved before the 15th to ensure timely payment.
