Thinking about applying for a last-minute shift? Awesome! But before you do, make sure you can actually make it to the shift.
Once your application is accepted, the contract is binding.
The employer has 2 hours to respond. If you don’t hear back within that window, the system will redirect the request back to you, and you’ll need to re-confirm whether you can take the shift.
If the shift starts in less than 2 hours, make sure you’re online and available to respond to the employer’s approval.
Staffers cannot intervene in last-minute shifts, so the responsibility is entirely yours if you choose to apply less than two hours before the start time 😼
