Add Your ENK to Staffers – Earn More, Work Smarter
With Staffers, you’ve been able to get paid through [Payoutpartner.com](https://payoutpartner.com) as a regular worker.
Now, you can add your ENK (sole proprietorship) to the app – or create one if you haven’t already – and get paid as a business.
Why use your ENK?
Because it can boost your earnings by up to 20% –
You keep the employer’s tax share and save on POP salary fees.
How It Works – Simple and Seamless
When you add your ENK to Staffers:
- Payoutpartner (POP) will still invoice clients for you — just like before.
- The only change? POP invoices using your ENK.
- You get paid directly to your ENK’s bank account.
- Fully compliant, efficient, and more rewarding.
How to Add Your ENK in the Staffers App
Setting it up takes under 2 minutes:
1. Go to your Profile in the Staffers app
2. Tap "Payment Details"
3. Choose to add a business (ENK) instead of a regular payment setup
4. Search for your ENK using org number or business name
5. Save your details – and that’s it!
From now on, you’ll get paid straight to your ENK.
What Is an ENK?
An ENK (*Enkeltpersonforetak*) is a sole proprietorship – the easiest way to run your own business in Norway.
Perfect for flexible workers and freelancers, it gives you:
- Full control of your earnings
- More take-home income
- Direct business payments (not just salary)
You’re personally responsible for taxes and reporting, but you also gain freedom and flexibility.
