Legitimate businesses will only contact you through the app
Messages via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or social media claiming to be from a business should be treated with caution
Do not click links sent by businesses or unknown users
Staffers or businesses will never send links asking for personal details
Be extra cautious if a message feels urgent, threatening, or “too good to be true.”
Businesses will NEVER ask you to verify your BankID using a link
Staffers Support will never ask for your password, BankID, or payment details
Never share personal or financial information with anyone
Watch out for:
Requests to move the conversation outside the app
Requests for BankID verification or payment details
Job offers that ask you to click a link before being accepted
Poor spelling, unusual language, or pressure to act fast
If you believe you’ve encountered a scam or suspicious behavior:
Do not respond to the message
Contact Staffers Support immediately via the in-app chat or website
Provide screenshots if possible, so we can take action quickly
All real jobs, messages, and payments happen inside the Staffers App
