It’s important to always check your payslip to track your payments correctly.
Your payslip is sent by PayoutPartner to the email address registered on your Staffers profile.
You can also access it by logging into your account at payoutpartner.com.
Before Contacting SupportIf you notice a missing salary, missing hours, or an incorrect payment, please do the following first:
Check your shift records in the Staffers App
Make sure all shifts show correct clock-in and clock-out timestamps
Review your payslip
Compare the shifts listed on your payslip with the shifts shown in the app
Identify what’s missing
List down any shifts or hours that do not appear on your payslip
Missing Salary or HoursIf you confirm that salary or hours are missing:
Please contact Staffers Support and include the following details so we can assist you efficiently:
Date and time of the shift
Name of the business
Description of the issue (missing salary, missing hours, or incorrect amount)
Screenshot of your payslip
What Happens Next?We will investigate the issue and coordinate with the business if timestamps or clock-ins/outs are missing or incorrect
Resolution may take 24–48 hours, depending on the case and response time from the business
Once the correct timestamps are confirmed, we will add the missing hours/shifts so payment can be processed accordingly
Please note: Adjustments can only be made after confirmation from the business.
