If you see certain positions greyed out in the app, it means we have not unlocked these positions for you. This happens because we cannot yet verify your experience for that role.

Add relevant experiences to your profile, including a reference contact from your previous employer. Kindly avoid using your own phone number as a reference.
Overseas numbers are accepted too

Chef, Bartender, Waiter, Pizzaiolo, Host/Hostess, Barista, Runner, Barback, Dishwasher | 6-12 months |
Kitchen Assistant, Cleaner, Housekeeper | 3-6 months |
Cover, Wardrobe, Cashier, Event Crew | No minimum |
Verification Process
Before giving you access to certain positions, we must contact the person(s) listed in your “Previous Experience” field.
If you already listed references but are still waiting, it may be because we tried calling them and they didn’t answer
Tip: Let your references know that Staffers will be calling, so they are expecting our call
Due to Norway’s strict drinking and serving laws, we must verify experience for certain roles
Only references with a Norwegian phone number are contacted
If you did not list any references, you need to do so:
Open the Staffers app
Go to Profile → Edit
Scroll down to the green button “Add Experience”
Add your previous job experience and reference contact
