Cancellation TimeframesWhen You Cancel Consequence
More than 48 hours before the shift | Automatic cancellation, no strikes |
Between 47 and 6 hours before the shift | 1 strike |
Less than 6 hours before the shift | 2 strikes |
No Show | Immediate suspension/block |
Important: Your profile will be blocked after 3 strikes.
Notifying Your EmployerNotify your employer as soon as you know you cannot attend
Always notify through the app — do not contact them outside the app
Employers can see all strikes and cancellations in your profile
Appeals and Strike RedemptionYou have 5 days to submit an appeal to support@staffersapp.com if you disagree with a strike
You can redeem strikes:
1 strike is removed for every 3 shifts with top ratings (5 stars)
