Tips PolicyWe at Staffers regret to inform you that we currently don’t have a system in place to manage or distribute tips.
Because of this, we encourage employers to offer a fair and competitive wage to staffers to make up for the absence of pooled or additional tips.
Note:
The minimum wage for Staffers is 199 NOK per hour, but we recommend setting a higher rate in your shift ad when applicable — especially for roles or venues where staff would normally earn tips.
This ensures fair compensation and helps attract the best candidates.
