It’s a Staffers’ market! With multiple shifts available daily, we recommend setting wages above 220 NOK/hour. For Event jobs, this is equivalent to 265 NOK/hour when posting. Competitive pay attracts the best talent.
Staffers want to know what’s expected of them. Include all relevant details—location, uniform, duties, and any special instructions. The clearer your shift, the more attractive it becomes.
