If you have our internal network packed you can set different experience levels on your internal staff. This is so the companies within your internal network can have a better picture of the employer when they choose someone to fill their shift. Staffers AS recommends that you add experience level after how long they have been working for you, or in the hospitality industry.
Example:
1 year or less - Junior
2 - 3 years - Medium
3 + years - Senior
Have a clear discussion within your group/companies on how your experience level should work.
