Experience Level
If you use our internal network, you can assign experience levels to your staff. This helps companies within your network understand the skill and expertise of potential candidates when filling shifts.
Staffers AS recommends assigning experience levels based on how long someone has worked for you or in the hospitality industry:
1 year or less → Junior
2–3 years → Medium
3+ years → Senior
It’s a good idea to have a clear discussion within your group or companies to standardize how experience levels are determined.
