If you receive the error message: “At the moment, we don't support adding files from remote locations. Please select the file stored locally.”
This means you’re trying to upload a document from a cloud service (like Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox).
To fix this, make sure the file is downloaded and saved locally on your phone before uploading.
We currently support the following file formats: PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), JPG, and PNG.
