### **Error Message When Uploading Certificates or Documents**

🚨If you receive the error message: _“At the moment, we don't support adding files from remote locations. Please select the file stored locally.”_

This means you’re trying to upload a document from a cloud service (like Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox).

📄 To fix this, make sure the file is **downloaded and saved locally** on your phone before uploading.  
✅ We currently support the following file formats: **PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), JPG, and PNG.**
