Event Jobs – How Payment Works

Payment Handling:
PayoutPartner takes care of your payment for event jobs. All social costs and taxes are deducted so that your salary reflects the correct net payment.

Minimum Wage:

• Cashier, Cover, Event Crew, Wardrobe = NOK 210/h

• Cleaner, Housekeeper, = NOK 225/h

• Barback, Barista, Dishwasher, Event Bartender, Host/Hostess, Kitchen Assistant,
  Runner, = NOK 220/h

• Bartender, Waiter, Chef, Pizzaiolo, = NOK 240/h

This higher hourly wage covers the extra percentage added when PayoutPartner invoices the employer.

Example:

• 10 hours × NOK 260/h = NOK 2,600

Feriepenger (Holiday Pay):

• Freelancers do not receive feriepenger, as the full amount is paid immediately.

• Feriepenger is pre-taxed money saved for the following year. If you receive it, your monthly tax will be higher to cover the deferred payment.
