How long before I can accept a Staffer request?

If you accept the staffer request within two hours, a binding agreement has been made. If you wait longer than two hours to accept a staffer request, additional confirmation is needed from the staffer. If it has been more than two hours, you can accept several staffer requests to fill the position faster. The first staffer to confirm gets the job.
