Or, follow these steps once you are logged in on the App version:

1. Look for "My Jobs" at the bottom left

2. Then choose which job you are to reach out to (Pending, Upcoming, Completed)

3. Click on the specific job you have inquiries for

4. In the next window, scroll down till you see these options (picture)

5. Then click on, "Message business"

6. A chat will then open up. Now you are free to type whatever that is of questions or concerns.
