Speaking to guests Always smile and welcome the guests to the establishment. Taking payments Always offer the customer a receipt for their paid entry or give them a stamp on the wrist so they can re-enter the establishment later on. 

Scenarios

Too intoxicated customer?

  • The security will deny anyone who is too intoxicated. It is not your job to tell people they can or cannot enter the establishment. 

Aggressive customer

  • If a customer is acting aggressively towards you, find a security guard for assistance. 

Cloths

  • In every restaurant/bar/nightclub, they have clothes with different colors, the color represents what the cloth is used for. 

for example: 

  •      Blue - Clean zone

  •      Red - Dirty zone
