The Norwegian Law says you are entitled to a 30-minute break after 5.5 hours of working. Have this discussed with your manager before the shift or on-site.
Food at work is not common practice everywhere so make sure you bring something just in case. If this is crucial for you to know then chat with the employer beforehand.
