Add all your previous jobs relevant to hospitality, and if possible, add a reference phone number from previous employers.
This helps employers see your qualifications and allows you to apply for higher-skilled roles
Without this, you’ll only have access to basic positions like barback or runner
Remember: employers need to see your experience to know you’re qualified
