BankID, Passport and Tax Card

Why Verification Is Required

Staffers require verification with BankID or Passport, and a Tax Card to confirm that you are eligible to work.

• You cannot apply for jobs without completing this verification.

• Your information and documents are secure and protected with us

How to Verify with BankID

1. Open the Staffers app

2. Tap Profile (bottom right)

3. Click Edit Profile under your name

4. Scroll to the bottom and select Add BankID

5. Click OK on the pop-up

6. You will be redirected to your internet browser with BankID options

7. Choose your preferred method and log in

8. You will receive a text message and/or email once verification is approved

How to Verify with Passport and Tax Card

1. Open the Staffers app

2. Tap Profile (bottom right)

3. Click Edit Profile under your name

4. Scroll to the bottom and select Add identity proof (passport, driving license)

5. Highlight which ID you are uploading

6. Upload your document via:

   • Select File – allow the app access to your photos to retrieve the file

   • Take Photo – capture a clear image, then Save or Delete

7. Repeat the same process to add a Tax Card

8. You will receive a text message and/or email once verification is approved

How to Re-Upload Documents

1. Open the Staffers app

2. Tap Profile (bottom right)

3. Click Edit Profile under your name

4. Scroll to the bottom and select Verification Settings (grey text)

5. Click Remove identity proof and/or tax card

6. Click the grey arrow and select Passport or Driving License

7. Upload the file via Select File or Take Photo, then Save or Delete

8. You will receive a text message and/or email once verification is approved
