Why do you need to verify with BankID or Passport and Tax Card? This is to verify and make sure you can work. You cannot apply for jobs without either, so make sure to have it done as soon as you can. Your info and documents are safe with us! 😄
How to verify with BankID:
Open the app
Click on "Profile" in your bottom right
Click "Edit Profile" under your name
Scroll down to the bottom
Choose "Add BankID" and then click "OK" after reading the pop-up
You are now directed to your internet browser with BankID options
Select the preferred method and login
You will receive a text message and/or emails when your verification is approved
How to verify with Passport and Tax Card:
Open the app
Click on "Profile" in your bottom right
Click "Edit Profile" under your name
Scroll down to the bottom
Choose "Add identity proof (passport, driving license)"
Click on the "Add identity proof"-bar to highlight which one you are uploading
Upload by "Select File" or "Take a photo" (JPEG/JPG)
"Select File" will ask you to allow the app to access your photos. Make sure to allow access to retrieve the documents from your device
"Take Photo" will ask you to either ✅ (save) or 🗑 (delete)
Now back to step 5 to "Add Tax Card" (JPEG/JPG) the same way as Identity Proof
You will receive a text message and/or emails when your verification is approved
How to re-upload documents:
Open the app
Click on "Profile" in your bottom right
Click "Edit Profile" under your name
Scroll down to the bottom
Click on "verification settings" in the grey text
Click on "Remove identity proof and/or tax card"
Click on the grey arrow
Choose either Passport or Driving License as your ID
Select File or Take photo
Now ✅ (save) or 🗑 (delete) the file/photo
You will receive a text message and/or emails when your verification is approved
