No BankID? No problem! You can still verify your identity by uploading a picture of your passport and current year tax card directly through the Staffers app.
✅ Tips for Uploading
Make sure your passport is valid
Ensure your tax card is for the current year
Upload clear, readable images
📄 How to Upload a File in the Staffers App
Open the Staffers app
Tap Profile (bottom right)
Click Edit Profile
Choose the section relevant to your file (e.g., Add Certificate/CV or Verification Settings)
Select Add Document or Select File / Take Photo
Choose the file stored locally on your device
⚠ Uploads from cloud storage are not supported
Click Save to complete the upload
⚠ Troubleshooting
If you see this error:
"At the moment, we don't support adding files from remote locations. Please select the file stored locally"
Download the file to your phone first
Then follow the steps above to upload
