Ensure your tax card is for the current year
Upload clear, readable images
How to Upload a File in the Staffers AppOpen the Staffers app
Tap Profile (bottom right)
Click Edit Profile
Choose the section relevant to your file (e.g., Add Certificate/CV or Verification Settings)
Select Add Document or Select File / Take Photo
Choose the file stored locally on your device
Uploads from cloud storage are not supported
Click Save to complete the upload
TroubleshootingIf you see this error:
"At the moment, we don't support adding files from remote locations. Please select the file stored locally"
Download the file to your phone first
Then follow the steps above to upload
