If you cannot make it to a confirmed shift, you must notify your employer as soon as possible via the app. You’ve already signed a work agreement, and the employer is expecting you.
Cancelling more than 48 hours before a shift = automatic cancellation.
Open the Staffers app.
Go to “My Jobs” at the bottom left.
Select the shift you want to cancel.
Scroll down and tap “Cancel shift”.
Write a polite message explaining your reason.
Tap “Send request”.
After this, wait for the employer to accept your cancellation.
