If you have incorrect working hours, forgot to clock in/out, or are having trouble clocking in/out, please follow the steps below:
Send a message directly through the Staffers App and explain your situation — for example, why you couldn’t clock in/out or if you forgot to do so.
Please note that Staffers does not have access to change timestamps without the business’s permission.
If you’re having trouble reaching the employer, contact us via the chat function on the app or website.
We’ll reach out to the business on your behalf to request time approval or corrections.
Once the business confirms the time correction, we’ll update the hours on our end.
