Standard Approval TimelineEmployers usually approve working hours within 24–48 hours after the shift
Since businesses may need time to review timesheets, they have until the end of the current month to edit, change, or update your working hours
If there are no corrections made, your recorded timestamps will be automatically sent to our payout partner for salary processing.
Important ReminderIt is very important that your working hours are correct.
If you experience issues with clocking in or out, or notice incorrect timestamps, inform the business or employer as soon as possible, preferably before finishing your shift
This helps ensure they are aware of any changes needed before approval
Can Staffers Edit My Hours?Staffers do not have direct access to change your timestamps
Any changes must be approved by the business

Include the following details:
Date and time of the shift
Name of the business
A short explanation of the issue
We will contact the manager to verify the timestamps.
Once the business confirms the correct hours, we will update them accordingly.
