How Staffers Work Staffers AS does not assign jobs — you need to apply for the shifts or job ads available on the platform.
When a business posts a shift or job ad, you can apply for those that match your previous experience.
You must have references verified and access granted on the platform before applying.
The business decides which worker to hire for the shift or job ad.
If you are accepted, the shift will appear under “My Jobs” → Upcoming.
You can communicate with the business through the chat in the job post:
Go to My Jobs
Select the shift
Scroll down to “Message Business”
After completing a shift, PayoutPartner will pay your salary on the 15th of the following month.
They also handle taxes and other social costs automatically.
