How do I get a strike?

If you are severely late, do not show up for a job, or behave in an un-acceptable way, you will receive a strike from Staffers. This is to ensure that our staffers act as professional workers. 3 strikes will result in a ban from the platform. Your strikes will also be visible to employers when you request jobs.
